In some ways, 2019 was a transitional year in tech. Instead of life-changing new devices, we got better versions of things that already existed. That’s not a complaint. Putting together a Best Tech of 2019 list was still pretty hard. 

We truly loved using each and every one of these gadgets, from the iPhone 11 Pro and its mind-blowing camera to the first genuinely consumer-friendly VR headset.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the new iPhone made it onto this list. Apple products might feel overhyped, but they’re loved for a reason. Still, the iPhone 11 Pro really brought the heat in 2019. Even if it wasn’t a gorgeous phone with all the modern amenities you might expect, like a best-in-class camera with terrific night photography, the massive battery boost is a real game changer.  Read more...
