We go hands-on with a prototype of the Lynx R1, a standalone AR/VR headset that is shipping next year for $600. Running on the same Qualcomm XR2 processor as the Quest 2, the Lynx R1 fully embraces pass-through mixed reality with full-color cameras, hand tracking, and inside-out 6DOF tracking that lets you also use it to stream SteamVR games.
