Summary

The Logitech G333 VR Gaming earphones and Logitech G Pro headset are certified Oculus ready.
This week Facebook announced its highly-anticipated follow-up to the Oculus Quest, revealing a sleeker, more powerful standalone VR headset for the incredible price of just $299 for 64GB ($399 for 256GB). Whereas the original Oculus Quest featured little in the way of official accessories, Facebook is already hard at work building a healthy lineup of Oculus Quest 2 add-ons.
In addition to their own official Quest 2 accessories—including the Fit Pack, Elite Strap, and Elite Strap with Battery—Oculus has also partnered with Logitech G, a brand of international computer peripheral manufacturer Logitech, on a new line of audio headsets optimized for use with the Oculus Quest 2.
Featuring an asymmetrical custom length cable that can be adjusted using a set of velcro straps, the new Logitech G333 VR Gaming Earphones support dual dedicated audio drivers (one for high’s and mid’s, the other for bass), promising high-quality audio fed through a convenient in-ear design.
Then there’s the Logitech PRO Gaming Headset. Based on the award-winning PRO headset, this over-ear audio solution also features a custom length cable designed specifically for Quest 2, along with the same core audio tech you’d find in the original PRO. Both headsets connect via a standard 3.5MM headphone jack.
“The teams at Oculus and Logitech G share the same passion for gaming, and the same ambition to push innovation, design and technology to new heights,” said Vadim Kogan, head of business development for VR and AR at Logitech, in an official release. “We are proud to be partnering with Oculus to deliver a next gen Oculus Ready VR audio experience. The Logitech G333 VR Gaming Earphones and the PRO Gaming Headset have both been thoughtfully designed to support VR set up and to provide the most immersive and refined audio experience possible.”
Both the Logitech G333 and Logitech PRO will be available this October for $49.99 and $99.99 respectively. Pre-orders are open now via the Logitech website.
Along with official audio solutions, Logitech is also working to bring select keyboards to the Quest 2 as part of the recently-announced Infinite Office, a custom VR workspace that allows users to access multiple digital monitors in a virtual space.
