Oprah Winfrey—the famed American talk show host and philanthropist—is back with yet another holiday gift guide featuring her favorite products of the past year. Earning a spot on Oprah’s Favorite Things gift list is generally considered an honor, which is why it’s so cool to see Meta Quest 2 make the cut.

Upon visiting the ‘Tech Gift’ portion of the guide you’ll find Meta’s consumer-friendly VR headset sandwhiched between The Motli Light smart lighter and the Brouk and Co wireless charging pad. This is actually the second time Quest 2 has been selected by Oprah; the device was also included as part of Oprah’s Favorite Things 2021.

“When the first iteration of this virtual reality headset came out, we made it a Favorite Thing because we loved the way it allowed you to play games, take fitness classes, and explore far-off places,” said Oprah on OprahDaily.com. “This updated version allows you to do all that and more. Now you can explore every inch of the metaverse with a pal who also has a headset.”

In addition to Quest 2, Meta’s Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses also made the cut.

“Now, this is cool—in fact, it might just be the gift of the year!,” said Oprah about Ray-Ban Stories. “They look like classic, streamlined Wayfarer sunglasses, but they actually connect to your phone. You can listen to music or podcasts, answer calls, and even take pictures and videos. A simple tap or voice command is all it takes to do these things. And they charge in their case!”
