Summary

If you're looking to buy an iPhone 13, or any iPhone, size is a big factor. Do you want something that can slip easily into your pocket, or do you believe that bigger is better? What about other factors related to size, like processing power, storage space, and battery life? Worry not, Goldilocks, we'll help you find the iPhone that is just right.
iPhone 13
Released in September 2021, the iPhone 13 models are Apple's newest phones. Like its predecessor, the iPhone 12, this model comes in four versions: the standard iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 mini, the iPhone 13 Pro (which comes with more advanced features), and the Pro Max, which is a larger version of the Pro.
All versions of the iPhone 13 have a 20 percent smaller notch than the iPhone 12, OLED display, A15 Bionic Chip, 5G, and at least 128 GB of storage (the Pro and Pro Max offer up to 1 TB.) Basically, no matter what size you get, it's a powerful phone with a state-of-the-art display. Note: Screen size is measured diagonally from corner to corner.

iPhone 12
The iPhone 12 was the first generation to offer four models. Also, at the time of its release, the iPhone 12 Pro Max was the biggest iPhone to date with a whopping 6.7-inch display. All come with an A14 Bionic chip, at least 15 hours of battery life, and a minimum of 64 GB or 128 GB of storage for the standard and Pro, respectively.

iPhone 11
The iPhone 11 is still popular because it has similar features to newer smartphones, but costs less. The iPhone 11's A13 Bionic processor was a big step up from previous models, the screen size is still on par with more recent models, and the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max both come with OLED display. All iPhone 11 models have at least 64 GB of storage and a minimum of 17 hours of battery life.

iPhone X
The iPhone X was short-lived, but its legacy lives on. The iPhone X was the first to feature an OLED display and to eliminate the home button, thus introducing facial recognition and a larger screen. It was discontinued, but replaced by the iPhone Xs and Xs Max, basically better versions of the X with upgraded features.
Later on came the iPhone Xr, which was designed to be a "more affordable" alternative to the Xs and Xs Max with less flashy features. iPhone X had an A11 Bionic chip, 13 battery hours of battery life, and a max of 256 GB of storage, whereas the iPhone Xs, Xs Max, and Xr all have an A12 chip, a longer battery life, and the Xs maxes out at 512 GB. Apple no longer sells the iPhone X, but you can still buy it refurbished.
