Steam Frame won't turn on? It ships in a power-saving mode and stays off until you plug it in. There's no charger in the box, just a cable. Valve recommends a USB-C charger of 45W or more, so any charger at home works, or you can get Valve's own for $29. Plug it in, hold the power button until the light turns white, then pull the battery tab on each controller and press the Steam button.
