SAVE $50: As of Dec. 22, you can score a Meta Quest 2 virtual reality headset for $50 off.

The holidays are in full swing, and if you're still scrambling to find a gift, retailers are making it easier than ever to score a deal on everything from home goods to gaming accessories and consoles, and that includes the Meta Quest 2. (Think of it not as procrastination but as being rewarded for being choosy.)

As of Dec. 22, you can snag a Meta Quest 2 for $50 off at Best Buy. Both the 128GB and 256GB models are $50 off their regular price, making them $249 and $299 respectively. We haven't seen the virtual reality console this affordable since Cyber Monday. Unfortunately, the new Meta Quest 3 headset isn't on sale for the holiday season, but you can find a bundle available at Amazon.

The Meta Quest 2 is a wireless virtual reality headset with 3D positional audio, hand tracking, and haptic feedback, making your virtual experiences incredibly immersive and realistic. You can travel to a different universe, go on epic gaming adventures, or even get fit with virtual workouts.
