Summary

Following the graduation from VIVE X, HTC VIVE’s global VR/AR accelerator, Mindesk has been acquired by ASX listed Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1).
HTC Vive will join Vection Technologies as an institutional shareholder supporting the combined group as they accelerate in their strategy towards market dominance across real-time technologies.
