I will start my story about a friend who passed away today.
Friend of mine is not a regular person, he is the father of generation, a generation that is gonna come and change the country like the Tornado, I am always calling them #NextGen. Its Armath Generation, kids that are learning robotics, programming, 3D printing in school age, and there are 250+ Armath’s around in Armenia that was created by the vision and daily hard-work of this Great man and his team.
DigiCode Contest of School-Age kids, you can see them in the pic, yes they are coding.
I have started my journey into IT when I was 20 years old. In 2005 I became a junior QA engineer at reputable company Lycos Armenia, which was a subsidiary of German company Lycos Europe.
Being in the IT field I started following the developments in the country, like the DigiTec exhibitions and IT conferences. One lucky day my team and I got the invitation to take part in an IT community meeting out of the city, and I met with a person who was talking about the future development of IT in Armenia like no one before, the man was so smart and wise it was a pleasure to listen to him.
We were meeting from time to time and getting inspired with his vision of how in few years we will have thousands of Startups in Armenia, how the next generations will come to the field being like well trained IT soldiers from schools.
Later he played a key role when I have started my first company called X-TECH, he kind of empowered me by saying that I feel you can do it, you have enough knowledge and leadership skills to do something your own and succeed.
My friend had health issues, once a week he was doing dialysis, but he was always positive and full of energy. His life was dedicated to his work and vision to make Armenia advanced in Tech like Singapore or Japan.
He was always ready to listen and support whoever was in need of it.

Last year when we started working with Volumetric captured videos, the first thing that came to my mind was, we have to Capture the Most Important people, people that should live forever, and generations should be able to learn and hear their voices, feel their presence, have the privilege that we had to feel like that person is with us.
If you have not seen what is Volumetric Capture you can watch this video from our partners Metastage Studios, ARLOOPA App is already supporting Videos captured at Metastage Studios, next releases you can see this content in your environment,

In 2019 Armenians and World had a huge loss, the Greatest Chansonie of all times Charles Aznavour passed away. He was one of the most loved Artists of all times in France, Armenia and many other countries, he was singing about real life.

That was the moment when I understood how important the capture is and saving those individuals, as watching their videos or pictures, listening to their voice is not enough sometimes.
And today when I heard that Karen Vardanyan, one of the Fathers of Armenian IT, great inspirational leader, Friend passed away, I was caught in the idea that we missed, we missed the chance to Capture him to save for the future generations, his wise words, and unique charisma.
I think we gonna have collections of great leaders in the future and can present in our environment, to deliver the speech to give as advice, even considering setting up a statue from them in the future that will not be from stone, but will be alive… And we can meet them in #AugmentedReality
